Wang Zuanxu

Wang Zuanxu (Chinese: 王纘緒, born in Sichuan Province, China, currently under control of the Yunnan clique on June 2, 1885) is a Chinese general. He is the current Imperial Minister of Foreign Affairs. Born in Sichuan province, he joined the Kuomintang and assumed various army commands in Chengdu and his native province prior to the German intervention. He rallied quickly to the Qing cause and managed to enter the Imperial Council, as specialist to the Foreign Affairs. He has not much work left, as Qing China's foreign policy is mostly defined and assumed by the Emperor, and the foreign relations of the Chinese Empire are turned towards Germany.
