I guess that with the White movement rallying behind Kerensky, Semenov was not as directly opposed to Kolchak as he was in OTL. Maybe when the Japanese established Transamur, they used Semenov as a governor at first, and later, after Kolchak's attempt to seize power, established a new political order with the Admiral as HoG. Semonov's fate
I know that in Vanilla, he's a military leader for Manchuria (which is normal, because he joined the Japaneses in the late Civil War), but I also think he is, since All the Russias, HoG for Transamur...
