Talk:Roman Ungern Von Sternberg

From Kaiserreich

Nice work so far, das Kapitalist.
Except, if I remember correctly it was Kerensky, and not Kolchak, who was the White movement's leader
in ATL. Probably the reason why Kolchak tried to overthrow Kerensky in 1925.
Any idea what might have happened to Semenov? -Andromedos

Semonov's fate

I know that in Vanilla, he's a military leader for Manchuria (which is normal, because he joined the Japaneses in the late Civil War), but I also think he is, since All the Russias, HoG for Transamur...

That would mean Semenov supported Kolchak in his bid for power... Kaiser Crush3r

Masked Pickle(?) is right, Semenov (written Semyonov) is the current HoS of Transarmur. I guess that with the White movement rallying behind Kerensky, Semenov was not as directly opposed to Kolchak as he was in OTL. Maybe when the Japanese established Transamur, they used Semenov as a governor at first, and later, after Kolchak's attempt to seize power, established a new political order with the Admiral as HoG. Could that make sense? - Andromedos

Wrong name

Why the **** this guy is in Kaiserreich under totally wrong name. It's Roman von Ungern-Sternberg, not Roman Ungern... --Miihkali 10:23, 18 October 2007 (EDT)

„Although born with the name von Ungern-Sternberg, he later changed his name to Ungern von Sternberg.” from wiki

Khaan!

I changed the spelling of most references of Khaan to Khan but from some research http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khagan it seems I may have been in error. Although Khaan seems to be a more modern term that probably would not have been supported by Sternburg, and he probably would have used Khagan would would be the equivelant of Emperor.
