Video sources
Search youtube.com for まんが日本昔ばなし. They are short (~10 min) animations based on Japanese folk tales, and generally use simpler language.
Drama Note contains transcriptions of Jdramas, written by native speakers. To use the site, scroll down until you see the Google search box and put the show's name in.
wwiTV has links to web broadcasted television. Search by country->Japan on the left. Some channels only stream during certain times of the day, so try a few to find one that works. I like to watch Odoroku TV.
Textual Sources
This MIT Technical Japanese page has four very daunting technical passages, however the page also includes vocabulary and grammar points to help you - and a full text translation.
