Template:Series Infobox

This page is the template used to create the colored infobox that should appear on all series pages -- a sample is below. Do not use this template on individual story pages; for that, you want the series navbox template.

To use this template, copy the text in the shaded box below and paste it into your new series page, then edit the variables (title, author, etc.) to fill in the appropriate information. The status variable should be something like "Ongoing" or "Complete" that tells the reader whether new stories are still being added to the series. The rating, era, and character fields should summarize the series as a whole, not individual stories within the series.

Individual story links should lead to their story pages here on Jackcentric, not to external sites. The only external links should be to the series masterlist or to any supplementary material that applies to the series and not just to individual stories. If a series contains stories that are Jackcentric and stories that are not, the stories that aren't should not be linked here unless the series doesn't have a proper masterlist elsewhere. If the series doesn't have a masterlist elsewhere, then we can use the series page here as a masterlist, including the stories that aren't Jackcentric as well as those that are. However, stories that aren't Jackcentric need to be clearly labeled as such, and they should still link only to the external sites.
