Please note that all contributions to our Help, Jackcentric, Category, MediaWiki, and Template namespaces are considered to be released under the $2 (see $1 for details). Contributions to the Main, User, Talk, and File namespaces are not licensed for redistribution; however, by adding material to the Jackcentric wiki, you are giving permission for other users to modify that material without notifying you. If you do not want your writing to be edited mercilessly, then do not submit it here.

You are also promising us that you either wrote this yourself, that it's a legal "fair use" of material copyrighted by someone else, or that you copied it from a public domain or other compatibly licensed source. In other words, you can copy CC-BY-NC-SA material from another wiki into the Help namespace, since it's under the same license; you can't copy the same material into the main namespace. You can copy a short quote from a story into the main namespace to serve as a story summary; you can't copy whole paragraphs, since that goes beyond fair use.
