TLC: Christmas Chaos (2014) is an upcoming professional wrestling i-pay-per-view (iPPV) event produced by World Incorporated Wrestling. It will take place on December 14, 2014 at the Worthington Arena in Bozeman, Montana

TLC: Christmas Chaos will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on WIW's primary television programs, Dynasty and Turbo. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At Soul Survivor, Dan Hooper and Jeffery Mahana fought to a double disqualification when they began beating each other with steel chairs, ladders, and Hooper putting Mahana through a table. It was announced at the Soul Survivor pay-per-view that Hooper and Mahana would face off again at TLC: Christmas Chaos in a match. On the November 26 addition of Dynasty it was announced that the match would be a Tables, Laddes and Chairs Christmas Chaos match, a new design for the TLC matches.

On the November 29, 2014 addition of Turbo, Dustin Simpson defeated Ryan Borske by disqualification when Josh Erickson interfered and put Dustin Simpson through two tables and the announce table, later that night it was announced by Rex Martin that Dustin Simpson asked for a match against Josh Erickson at TLC: Christmas Chaos, which he granted him the match. Also adding that the match would be a Christmas Chaos Steel Chairs Bloodbath match, a new holiday designed Chairs match.

At Soul Survivor, Team Enterprise defeated Team Authority of Wrestling, on the December 3 addition of Dynasty, Aaron Oliphant challenged Kevin McAlmond to a match for the WIW World Heavyweight Championship, Kevin accepted and made it a First-ever Christmas Massacre match for the WIW World Heavyweight Championship. Matt Borske and Aaron Oliphant attacked Kevin McAlmond bringing Martin McAlmond out to make the save. It was announced on December 1 on WIW.com that Martin McAlmond would team with Kevin McAlmond and both men would defend their prospective titles (Kevin McAlmond's WIW World Heavyweight Championship and Martin McAmond's Money in the Bank contract) against the team of Aaron Oliphant and Matt Borske, it Borske or Oliphant pins Kevin they become the WIW World Heavyweight Champion, if they pin Martin they become the holder of the Money in the Bank briefcase.

At Soul Survivor, Zack Harding and Bo Wilkins won the WIW Tag Team Championship by defeated then-Tag Team Champions The Hooper Brothers (Matt and Josh), The Wolf Pack (Scott McCall and Derek Hale) and The Blockade Boys (Matt Thomas and James Ochadleus) in a Fatal four-way tag team match. On the December 3, 2014 addition of Dynasty, Matt and Josh Hooper announced they were invoking their rematch clause at the TLC: Christmas Chaos pay-per-view, later on in the night Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski defeated The Blockade Boys (Matt Thomas and James Ochadleus) in a number one contenders match, after the match Bo Wilkins and Zack Harding attacked Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinksi until The Hoopers made the save.

At Soul Survivor, during the main event Daniel Gonzalez was eliminated by Ryan Barnhart after he was attacked by The Wolf Pack's Derek Hale, the Wednesday after Soul Survivor Gonzalez brutally attacked Barnhart costing him a match against Joe Smith, he than called out Hale who was not their that night. On the November 26 addition of Dynasty, Gonzalez attacked Barnhart again cosing him a match with Joe Linderman, this time the beating was interrupted by Hale who attacked Gonzalez and accepted a challenge put out by Gonzalez for a X-Mas Steel Stairs match at the PPV event.

On the December 6 addition of Turbo, United Nations Champion Andy Haegele attacked Mark Semmler and James Burdick during a No. 1 contenders match for his title, during the assault Junior Remeriz came out and took out everyone including the United Nations Champion, he posed with the United Nations title to end the segment. It was announced on the December 10 episode of Dynasty that Andy Haegele would defend the United Nations Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Ladder match against all over men at the PPV.

On the December 13 addition of The New Mafia (Gene Meegan and Matthew O'Conner) were involved in a title match between the new WIW Tag Team Champions Zack Harding and Bo Wilkins when The Blockade Boys (Matt Thomas and James Ochadleus) interfered and attacked The New Mafia, later that night The Blockade Boys "declared" war on The New Mafia during the preshow.
