Halloween Hell (2014) is an professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WIW. It will take place on October 26, 2014 at the MSU Fieldhouse in Bozeman, Montana. It will be the fifth annual Devil's Playground/Halloween Hell event.

Halloween Hell will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on WIW's primary television programs, Dynasty and Turbo. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At Clash of Champions, Kevin McAlmond defeated Aaron Oliphant by disqualification when The Authority of Wrestling attacked Kevin McAlmond, Martin McAlmond and The Enterprise made the safe, after the Enterprise chased off the Authority of Wrestling, Martin McAlmond looked to be about to cash in, but got talked out of it by Rex Martin. On the October 1 edition of Dynasty, Kevin McAlmond and Martin McAlmond defeated Daniel Gonzalez and Tyler Erickson by disqualification when Matt Borske and Aaron Oliphant attacked the McAlmond Brothers. On October 8 edition of Dynasty, John Lehr and Rex Martin made an agreement to book two Hell in a Cell matches, one between The Enterprise's WIW World Heavyweight Champion Kevin McAlmond and Mr. Money in the Bank Martin McAlmond to face off against The Authority of Wrestling's Matt Borske and Aaron Oliphant, and also making the second Hell in a Cell match between The Enterprise's Dustin Simpson and Jesse Dern facing off against The Authority of Wrestling's Josh Erickson and Ryan Borske, later that night Kevin McAlmond teamed with Martin McAlmond, Jesse Dern and Dustin Simpson to defeat Matt Borske, Aaron Oliphant, Josh Erickson and Ryan Borske by disqualification when the John Lehr low blowed Kevin McAlmond.

At SummerBash, MWA Vixen Cassie Plumb attacked the newest WIW Diva, Rachel Hammond during an interview. On the October 15 edition of Dynasty during a WIW Exclusive, Cassie interrupted Rachel's interview and challenged her to a match at the PPV, Rachel gladly accepted the match.

At SummerBash, Mark Semmler defeated Andy Haegele by countout, but did not win the title, it was announced by Rex Martin that Semmler would get one more shot at the WIW International Championship and would also add that it would this time be a No Holds Barred match, with no countouts and no disqualifications.

Jeffery Mahana made his WIW TV debut on the October 1 edition of Dynasty when he defeated two jobbers, later that night on Dynasty, Mahana attacked Derek Reintjes during a backstage confrontation. On October 8 edition of Dynasty, Reintjes brawled with Mahana backstage, but than was attacked by two other unknown masked men.

At Clash of Champions, The Hooper Brothers defeated former tag team champions The Wolf Pack (Scott McCall and Derek Hale) and The Authority of Wrestling (Ryan Gleason and Brian Tobol) in Triple threat match to win the WIW Tag Team Championship. On the October 22 addition of Dynasty, McCall announced that he will receive a rematch at the titles, but his tag team partner, would be announce on the October 25 addition of Turbo.

At Clash of Champions, Taryn Schultz defeated the former champion, Paige, Jessica Grace, Cassie Plumb, Tessa Smith and Katie Axline in a 6-Way Divas match for the WIW Divas Championship, she pinned Smith to win the title. It was announced on the October 22 addition of Dynasty that Schultz would defend the Divas World Championship against Paige and Jessica Grace in a triple threat match for the title.

At SummerBash, Ryan Barnhart defeated Josh Erickson to win the WIW International Championship, however after the match he was attacked by Josh Erickson, Tyler Erickson and Daniel Gonzalez. At Clash of Champions, Barnhart defeated Erickson for a second time before again being attacked, this time just by Gonzalez. On the October 8 episode of Dynasty, Gonzalez challenged Barnhart to a non-title match and pinned Barnhart earning a shot at the title. On the October 11 episode of Turbo, Barnhart defeated Gonzalez to retain the title and also would attack him after the match for payback from SummerBash and Clash of Champions. On the October 21 episode of Dynasty, Gonzalez pinned Barnhart in a six man tag team match earning another shot at the title. On October 25 episode of Turbo it would be announced that Barnhart would defend the title against Gonzalez at the PPV in a Iron Man Style Two out of three falls match.
