Hardcore Justice (2013) is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It is set to take place on August 15, 2013. It will be the ninth event under the Hardcore Justice chronology. Unlike the previous events, this event will not be held on pay-per-view (PPV) and will instead, like Destination X (2013), be featured as a special edition of TNA's weekly broadcast of Impact Wrestling

Hardcore Justice will feature professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portray villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that build tension and that culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
