Code Red (2015) is an professional wrestling internet pay-per-view (iPPV) event produced by Montana Wrestling Alliance. It will take place on October 18, 2015 at the ExpoPark in Great Falls, Montana. It will be the first annual Code Red event.

Code Red (2015) will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on MWA's primary television program, MWA TV. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At Point Break, Matt Borske defeated former champion Richard Munoz to retain the MWA World Championship, after interference from The Authority of Wrestling, however after the match, Borske and the rest of the Authority of Wrestling continued to assault Munoz, bring out the returning Kevin McAlmond along with his Enterprise co-harts, Dustin Simpson, James Burdick and Ryan Barnhart to make the save. On the September 16 episode of MWA TV, Kyle Carson defeated Kevin McAlmond, Richard Munoz and Josh Foster in a Fatal four way match to win a shot at the MWA World Championship at Code Red.

On the July 1 episode of MWA TV, Kevin McAlmond and Martin McAlmond defeated The Authority of Wrestling (Tyler Erickson and Ryan Borske) in a Iron Man Tag team match to win the MWA Tag Team Championship, after the match John Lehr forced Kevin McAlmond to defend the MWA World Championship later in the night, Matt Borske defeated Kevin McAlmond to win the MWA World Championship due to interference by Tyler Erickson, Ryan Borkse, Daniel Gonzalez, James Masterson and Michael Soto, however it took an unknown Masked Assailant to assist Borske defeating McAlmond. On the August 19 episode of MWA TV, Kevin McAlmond and Martin McAlmond defeated Tyler Erickson and Ryan Borske to retain the MWA World Tag Team Championship, it was Tyler Erikson and Ryan Borske's rematch. On the October 7 episode of MWA TV, John Lehr announced that Kevin McAlmond and Martin McAlmond would defend the MWA World Tag Team Championship at Code Red, announcing The Authority of Wrestling (Ryan Gleason and Brian Tobol) and the newest tag team to MWA Burrows and Evans to be the first two teams in the match at the event. On October 17, via WIW's facebook, Kenny Austin and Riley Stevens, Greg Ireland and Dallin Stanger, The Ackeret Brothers (Shaggy and David Ackeret), Kieffer Morley and Cody Glover and Nick Fisher and Justin Lester were added to the match.

On the July 22 episode of MWA TV, Victoria Lehr challenged any Vixen to a MWA Women's Championship match, Authority of Wrestling member Tessa Smith answered the challenge and was quickly defeated by Lehr with Lehr retain the MWA Women's Championship, after the match, Kelsey Womack made her debut for MWA confronting Lehr and challenging her to a match for the MWA Women's Championship, Womack slapped Lehr, angering Lehr making her accept the challenge, Womack defeated Lehr to win the MWA Women's Championship. On the October 7 episode of MWA TV, it was announced that Womack would defend the MWA Women's Championship against Lehr in Lehr's rematch at the event.
