Survivor Series (2002) was the sixteenth annual Survivor Series professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by International Wrestling Entertainment (IWE). It took place on November 17, 2002 from Madison Square Garden in New York, New York and featured talent from both the Raw and SmackDown! brands. The official theme song was "Always" by Saliva, who performed the song and Kris McGowan's entrance music live from The World.
The main event was from the Raw brand the first ever Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship involving reigning champion Triple K, Ryan Barnhart, Kris McGowan, Booker T, Kyle Van Dam and Kane. Barnhart won the match after last eliminating Triple K, pinning him after executing Sweet Chin Music. The predominant match on the SmackDown! brand was Rob Lesnar versus The Big Marc for the IWE Championship, which Big Marc won by pinfall after chokeslamming Lesnar on a steel chair. The featured matches on the undercard was a Triple Threat Elimination match for the IWE Tag Team Championship involving Edge and Scott Wright, Los McAlmonds (Brian and Chavo McAlmond), and Matt Borske and Kevin Hunter. Los McAlmonds won the match and became IWE Tag Team Champions after last eliminating Edge and Wright.
