The first main feud announced for Bound for Glory is Matt Borske vs. Ryan Barnhart for the MCW Championship, On the October 4, 2011 episode of Meltdown Barnhart defeated Borske by disqualification when the MCW Superstars interfered in the match to try and stop Barnhart from getting a shot at the MCW Championship, However, after the match they were all informed that Matt Borske will indeed defend the MCW Championship against Ryan Barnhart due to the DQ victory.

After losing the MCW Intercontinental Championship at "Halloween" Massacre in a Cell to Daniel O'Brien. On the October 4, 2011 episode of Meltdown Daniel Gonzalez invoked his rematch clause for the MCW Intercontinental Championship at Bound for Glory against Daniel O'Brien.
