No Chance in Hell was be the 1st and only No Chance in Hell professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Championship Wrestling (CW), and was be held on February 23, 2014 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York. The main event for this pay-per-view was a Five-on-five elimination match between Team Heyman and Team McMahon with the winning team gaining ownership of the company.

No Chance in Hell will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on CW's television programs.
