IWE is a professional wrestling promotion based in Stamford, Connecticut. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted story lines. There are three active singles championships, one active tag team championship, and a championship for female wrestlers. Six wrestlers hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of January 15, 2025.
At the top of IWE's championship hierarchy, the IWE World Heavyweight Championship is held by four-time champion Rob Lesnar, who defeated Dustin Simpson at SummerSlam on August 17, 2014 to win the title.
The secondary titles are the IWE Intercontinental Championship and the IWE United States Championship. The Intercontinental Championship is held by three-time champion Dolph Ziggler, who defeated The Miz on September 22, 2014 on Raw to win the title. The United States Championship is held by two-time champion Sheamus, who won a 20-man battle royal on the May 5, 2014 episode of Raw, ending Dean Ambrose's record breaking reign at 351 Days.
The IWE Tag Team Championship is held by Gold and Stardust, who defeated The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) on September 21, 2014 edition of Night Of Champions. This is their second reign as a team. Individually it's the second reign for Goldust and third for Stardust.
There is one championship that is available for female wrestlers which is the IWE Divas Championship . The Divas championship is held by record tying three-time champion AJ Lee, who defeated previous champion Paige as well as Nikki Bella in a Triple Threat match on September 21, 2014 at Night of Champions to win the title.
