IWE is a professional wrestling promotion based in Stamford, Connecticut. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted story lines. Currently there are three active singles championships, one active tag team championship, and a championship for the female wrestlers. Six wrestlers currently hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of January 15, 2025.
At the top of IWE's championship hierarchy, Kody Brown is in his third reign as IWE World Heavyweight Champion after he defeated previous champion Kevin Orton and Batista in a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania XXX on April 6, 2014.
The two secondary titles in IWE are the IWE Intercontinental Championship and the IWE United States Championship. The current Intercontinental Champion is Bad News Barrett, who is in his fourth reign after defeating Big E at Extreme Rules on May 4, 2014. The current United States Champion is Sheamus who is in his second reign after winning a 20 man battle royal on the May 5, 2014 episode of Raw, ending Dean Ambrose's reign.
The IWE Tag Team Championship is held by The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso), who defeated The New Age Outlaws on the March 3, 2014 edition of Raw. This is their first reign both individually and as a team.
There is one championship that is challenged by female wrestlers. Paige is presently in her first reign as IWE Divas Champion as a result of defeating AJ Lee on the April 7, 2014 edition of Raw.
