WrestleMania will be the first annual WrestleMania efed professional wrestling pay-per-view (ePPV) event produced by ACW, and will be held on April 7, 2013 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

WrestleMania will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on ACW's television programs. Wrestlers portray heels or faces as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
The first main match that was announced for the first WrestleMania of ACW will be for the first ever ACW Championship. On March 4, 2013 John Laurinaitis announced a tournament known as the Road to WrestleMania Tournament with the winners of the tournament facing off at WrestleMania for the ACW Championship. On the same episode March 4, 2013 Chris Jericho defeated The Rock to advance to the second round, and Christian Cage defeated Diamond Dallas Page to advance to the second round of the tournament. On the March 11, 2013 episode of Mayhem in the tournament matches, CM Punk defeated Steve Austin to advance to the second round, and Randy Orton defeated Buff Bagwell and Austin Aries to advance to the second round, it was later announced that Bagwell was a Wild Card in the tournament and would remain in the tournament for now being pinned in the triple threat match. On the March 18, 2013 episode of Mayhem Orton, Bagwell and Cage advanced to WrestleMania after winning a Five way elimination match also involving Punk and Jericho.
Another main match announced on March 18, 2013 is a Six-Man Tag team Hell in a Cell match with Triple H, Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon vs. Mean Street Posse (Pete Gas, Rodney and Joey Abs).
