No Mercy (2002) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by International Wrestling Entertainment (IWE) that took place on October 20, 2002, at the Alltel Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas. It was the fifth annual IWE No Mercy event and featured wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown! brand.
The event featured two main events. The main event from the SmackDown! brand featured IWE Champion Rob Lesnar defeat The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match to retain the title. The main event from the Raw brand was a title unification match, where World Heavyweight Champion Triple K defeated IWE Intercontinental Champion Kane to unify both titles.
The undercard featured Bailey Dalton versus Courtney Savoie for the IWE Women's Championship, Matt Borske and Kevin Hunter versus Edge and Scott Wright for the new IWE Tag Team Championship, James Noble versus Park for the IWE Cruiserweight Championship, Kyle Van Dam versus Ric Flair, Jessica Wilson versus Torrie Marie and Kris McGowan and Khristian versus Booker T and Goldust for the World Tag Team Championship.
