TLC: Suicided Attempt involves different wrestlers from scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that have played out on WIW's television programs. Wrestlers portray villains or a heroes as they follow a series of events that build tension, and culminated into a wrestling match or series of matches.

The main even match for Turbo's World Heavyweight Championship is a Chairs match between World Champion Martin McAlmond and his number one contender Marc Beltran. Beltran defeated Damrow to take the number one contenders status in a Dark match before WIW Turbo, that same night on Turbo Beltran attacked World Heavyweight Champion Martin McAlmond from behind, McAlmond would get slight payback after he attacked Beltran in the parking lot and slamming him on the hood of a car with a The Impaler knocking Beltran out cold. On the November 21 episode of Dynasty Beltran defeated The Garr's in a Handicap tag team match before being attacked by Martin McAlmond and smashed upside the head with the World title. On the November 28 episode of Dynasty after Martin McAlmond defeated Mr. Money in the Bank Zack Nuss, Beltran attacked Martin with a Steel chair, Martin would escape and grab a chair of his own and chased Beltran out with it. On the December 1 episode of Turbo it was announced by Randy Carlson that the World Heavyweight title would be defended in a Chairs match, later on in the evening during a match with WIW Meltdown Heavyweight Champion Brandon Martin versus Zack Nuss Beltran and Matt Borske came out attacking Brandon Martin this brought out Martin and Kevin chasing them out to end the show.

The main event for Dynasty's WIW Championship is a Triple threat Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match, involving WIW Champion Kevin McAlmond, Matt Borske, and Grant Clark. The feud between McAlmond and Clark began at Soul Survivor when Team John Lehr defeated Team Billy McAlmond with Grant Clark being the "soul survivor" with help from Matt Borske. On the November 21 episode of Dynasty Clark defeated Charlie Lynch in a non-title match with help from Ryan Borske, Matt Borske and Grant Clark after the match, Kevin McAlmond ran out to the ring chasing Clark, Borske and Lehr up to the stage, Kevin would challenge both Borske and Clark to a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match, both Clark and Borske accepted. On the November 28 episode of Dynasty after McAlmond defeated MD Tag Team Champion Matt Hooper Borske and Clark attacked both McAlmond and Hooper putting Hooper through the announce table and McAlmond through a table that Borske had set up in the ring. On the December 1 episode of Turbo McAlmond defeated Brent Huntley after the match Borske and Clark would attack McAlmond again but before they could put him through a table, Matt Hooper and Josh Hooper chased both of them out before they could. On December 5 after Fonger and the Shield attacked Borske injuring him, McAlmond would make a surprise run out to help Borske out but he too was beaten down by the new Shield faction, The Shield put McAlmond through the Spanish announce tables (like they did at Soul Survivor), they would continue the beating on Borske hitting him with a steel chair, a ladder and putting him through a table. On WIW.com later on in the week it was announced that Borske would be out of action for the TLC Suicide Attempt pay-per-view, the new "anonymous chairman" announced that due to Clark being involving in the beating the title match was cancelled and replaced with a Six-man tag team match with The New Age Outlaws teaming with the WIW Champion Kevin McAlmond to face The Shield, after weeks of attacks on McAlmond, The Shield attacked The New Age Outlaws after a match with The Prime Time Players on Dynasty.

Leading up to Soul Survivor, Team Lehr and Team Billy were remade before the Soul Survivor pay-per-view removing Charlie Lynch from the team made him a prey to one of the former members of Team Lehr Ryan Borske as both men started to have a war of words leading into the Soul Survivor pay-per-view, At the pay-per-view while Lynch was having a backstage interview was attacked by Borske. On the November 21 episode of Dynasty Ryan Borske cheated Charlie Lynch out of a match against Grant Clark in a non-title match until they were chased from the ring by Kevin McAlmond. On the November 24 episode of Turbo with Borske doing guest commentary and watched a WIW International Championship match as Charlie Lynch defeated Nick Petrusha after the match Ryan Borske would try and attack Charlie Lynch again but was chased out, Borske than challenged Lynch to a title match at TLC and Lynch accepted and returned the attack a few weeks ago with a Lynchback. On the November 28 episode of Dynasty Lynch defeated Phillip Legg with Ryan Borske watching from the commentary booth after the match, Borske snatched the title and handed it to Lynch before walking out of the ring with a smile on his face. On the December 1 episode of Turbo Lynch teamed with the WIW Tag Team Champions The New Age Outlaws to defeat The Prime Time Players (David Aldrich and Jason Downing), and Ryan Borske when when Downing tapped out to a new submission put on by Jesse Dern.

Another rivalry that started on the Dynasty after Soul Survivor Kevin Hunter and Zack Nuss in a Ladder match with Nuss' Money in the Bank briefcase on the line. On the Dynasty after Soul Survivor Nuss attacked Hunter with the briefcase, in the on coming weeks Zack Nuss and his sister has been making Hunter's life a living heel two weeks before the TLC pay-per-view the general manager of Dynasty announced that Nuss would put his Money in the Bank briefcase on the line in a Ladder match, after Nuss had a match Hunter attacked Nuss hitting him with the briefcase.
