Meltdown (May 1, 2012) is one the weekly three shows from International Wrestling Entertainment. The new General Manager's were also announced tonight.

Kooper McAlmond opened the show inside the ring to address the IWE Universe, He thanked them for all the support after losing the Heavyweight Championship at Hardcore Havoc. He also stated that he will find a way back to the Heavyweight Championship, But for now he will be finding a Tag Team partner in the next few weeks and win the Meltdown Tag Team Championships. He was interrupted by the NEW IWE Heavyweight Champion Brandon Martin who wished him luck and the two shook hands, Before being attacked by The New Nexus' (Josh Erickson and Kris McGowan). A tag team match is announced for later tonight, with Kooper and Brandon versus The Erickson Brothers of The New Nexus.
The opening match of the night was, Brendan McGuire versus Tyler Barnicoat in a Standard wrestling match. McGuire defeated Barnicoat in the match when he made him submit to a ankle lock.
IWE Champion Kevin McAlmond came out to the ring to speak, IWE Unified Tag Team Champions The Hooper's came out after as they celebrated there win last Sunday at Hardcore Havoc. Matt Borske came out with Josh Erickson and Ryan Borske demanding another rematch for the IWE Championship at High Limits, Kevin turned him down and said he had more shots at the title then anyone else. The Money in the Bank winner, Daniel O'Brien came out and said he was cashing in his briefcase, At High Limits. The Dynasty General Manager came out and announced that O'Brien will get his shot at the IWE Championship, Since he would be the first superstar to cash in the Money in the Bank in a match, But tomorrow on Dynasty, She also announced a series of Beat the Clock Challenge matches, with the winner of the best time, will join Kevin and Daniel at High Limits. The Dynasty GM also announced that Kevin will team with Daniel and a partner of their choice to face, Ryan Borske, Kris McGowan and Matt Borske in the main event tonight.
The next match was a Divas match with, Rochelle Crowe faces Jeannie Webb and Victoria Lehr in a Triple Threat match with the winner challenging for her choice of a Divas, Knockouts or Women's Championship match at High Limits. Lehr looked to have the victory on Webb after a Spinning spinebuster. But Crowe came up and connected with a Crowe's Head on Lehr to get the victory and the shot at one of the titles, She chose the Divas Championship.
The Third match of the night was Seth Walton, Arthur Bussian and Zackary Bentley in a Triple Threat match. The ending came when Bussian took Walton out after a DDT and looked to end it with a Piledriver on Bentley, But Bentley was able to reverse into a roll up to get the win in the Triple Threat match.
New IWE Heavyweight Champion Brandon Martin and Kooper McAlmond talked about facing two members of the New Nexus. Josh Erickson and Kris McGowan spoke on the match with Brandon and Kooper and if they won they could get a shot at the Heavyweight Championship. The next match of the night was the New IWE Heavyweight Champion Brandon Martin and Kooper McAlmond facing Josh and Tyler Erickson in the special made match by the General Manager.
The next match of the night was Chris Gomez and Nick Kessler in a standard wrestling match. Gomez and Kessler fought it out with both men getting great moments in the night. Gomez missed a Missile Dropkick and Kessler went to use the trunks, Gomez was able to reverse into a roll up of his own for the win.
The main event of Meltdown was IWE Champion Kevin McAlmond, Daniel O'Brien and Dustin Simpson versus The New Nexus (Matt Borske, Ryan Borske and Kris McGowan) in a Six-Man Tag Team match. The main event lasted for almost a half hour, Tags were made all through the match. But in the end, Kevin hit the Doomsday finisher on Kris McGowan while Matt dragged his brother, Ryan out of the ring and left McGowan in the ring, Kevin pinned Kris. Kevin, Dustin and Daniel celebrated the victory while, Kevin and Matt eyed one another. Rochelle Crowe came out to celebrate with them, to end the show.
