Massacre Championship Wrestling
Debut and MCW World Heavyweight Champion (1999-2000)
LeGreca debuted in MCW beating Kevin Judge in a first ever "Graveyard Match" on June 14, 1999 on Thunder. The week after that he teamed with Danyel Hooper and Nick Kessler who were the current World Tag Team Champions at the time, They faces off against Matt Borske, Ryan Borske and Zack Nuss. Kessler, Hooper and LeGreca won the match after LeGreca pinned Matt Borske (who was the World champion at the time being).
On the September 25, 1999 LeGreca was announced to be in a Five-Man Elimination match for the World Heavyweight Championship. LeGreca lost the match which meant he had lost the chance to become the MCW World Champion. On the December 27, 1999 the MCW World Championship was put in a tournament of eight men. The tournament ran until January 16, 2000 at Souled Out (2000) where Chris LeGreca would become the MCW World Heavyweight Champion, This would only last until January 31, 2000 when Chris LeGreca would get injured while defending the Championship against Matt Borske, suffering LeGreca to take a month a few months off from wrestling.
MCW Champion and Heel turn (2000-2001)
LeGreca returned to MCW at a episode of Monday Night Thunder to defeat Ryan Garr to become the first ever MCW Championship. The next week he would successfully defend the MCW Championship defeating Ryan Garr for a second time. He would again defend the MCW Championship the week after that and would defeat both Ryan Garr and Matt Garr in a Triple threat match to retain the MCW Championship, In 2001 Chris LeGreca would come out to save Grant Boyton from a beating from Matt Borske and Tyler Erickson but would turn heel and attack Grant Boyton and beat him up.
The next week LeGtrca would announce that the MCW fans were nothing but scum, fulling turning into a heel. This would carry into 2001 as LeGreca would continue to defeat and beatdown his opponents. On the December 27, 1999 episode of Thunder LeGreca would get stripped of the MCW Championship for the beatings on other superstars and even officials.
Pursuit of MCW Championship, various feuds and departure (2001-2003)
The end of 2001 LeGreca vowed to get back what was his and beat everyone up that was in his way. July 16, 2002 LeGreca would get a shot at the MCW Championship but the superstars he had beaten down in 2000-2001 were coming back to "haunt" him as they all costed him the MCW Championship through the rest of 2002 Chris LeGreca would feud with Ryan Garr, Matt Garr and the others he viciously beat downw hen he was the MCW Champion. January 27, 2003 it was announced that MCW and Chris LeGreca had parted ways.

Formerly being apart of MCW, Matt Borske tried to get LeGreca to join the "new reborn MCW." However, LeGreca turned him down and won a Number one contenders match to the MCW World Heavyweight Championship at Mid-Summer Massacre (2011) and LeGreca was scheduled to face off with Ryan Coster for the MCW World Heavyweight title at Halloween Massacre in a Cell (2011). At Halloween Massacre in a Cell LeGreca defeated Coster to become the new MCW World Heavyweight Championship, this would be his second reign as MCW World Heavyweight Champion but his first under the IWE. Since LeGreca is the MCW World Heavyweight Champion he has to jump from IWE pay-per-views and MCW pay-per-view, He is able to defend the MCW World Heavyweight Championship at either pay-per-view. December 11, 2011 at December 2 Dismember LeGreca defeated Daniel Gonzalez to retain the MCW World Heavyweight Championship. On the October 18, debut of MCW Impact Wrestling lost the MCW World Heavyweight Championship to Kevin McAlmond in a championship unification match with the MCW Championship also being on the line.
