World Incorporated Wrestling, Inc (a/b/a WIW) is an American internet traded, privately controlled entertainment company that deals primarily in professional wrestling, with major revenue sources.

WIW also refers to the professional wrestling promotion itself, founded by Brian McAlmond in 1999, in 2000 after the passing of Brian McAlmond, Glennda McAlmond started to take the roll of founder. The company's headquarters are located in Helena, Montana. The company promotes under two main roster brands: Rage and ShowDown, and developmental division NGW.

As in other professional wrestling promotions, WIW shows are not legitimate contests, but purely Sports entertainment-based, featuring storyline-driven, scripted, and choreographed matches, though they often include moves that can put performers at risk of injury if not performed correctly.

As of 2000, the company's majority owner is its chairman and CEO, Glennda McAlmond. Along with her brother and sister Rex Martin and Dixie Finnegan, they each hold approximately 70% of WIW's equity and 96% of the voting power.

WIW NGW, often referred to simply as NXT, is a professional wrestling promotion and a division of the American professional wrestling company World Incorporated Wrestling based in Helena, Montana. While its primary purpose is to serve as a developmental division for WIW, NGW has come to be viewed by wrestling writers and fans as its own distinct entity—effectively serving as a third brand complementing Rage and ShowDown. Originally holding its shows primarily in the Helena, Montana area, NGW expanded its reach as time has gone on. Captivating storylines.
