It is defended across all of IWE's brands, including Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, NXT, and NXT UK. Unveiled by Jon Foley on the May 20, 2019, episode of Monday Night Raw, the inaugural champion was Titus O'Neil. The current champion is B-Truth, who is in his first reign.
The championship is contested under similar rules to the previous IWE Hardcore Championship, which at one time had a "24/7" rule. The 24/7 Championship can be defended on any day, at any time, and at any location as long as a referee is present.
