The Authority of Wrestling (also known as The MWA Authority or just The Authority) is a professional wrestling duo in MWA and WIW, which mainly originated due to John Lehr helping Matt Borske to win the MWA World Championship at WIW's pay-per-view Extreme Warfare Pre-show in May 2014. The group originally debuted in August 2013 to aid Borske on winning the MWA World Title, however the title win did not come until 2014.

Formation (2013)=

=Feud with The Enterprise and Championship success (2014-present)

John Lehr put the Authority of Wrestling together to begin a feud with the WIW's stable The Enterprise. On May 4, 2014 at Extreme Warfare The Authority of Wrestling tasted it first gold when Matt Borske defeated Richard Munoz and Ryan Barnhart to win the MWA World Championship. On the June 25, 2014 episode of MWA TV Tyler Erickson and Ryan Borske defeated Scott Wright and Harlen Storm to win the MWA World Tag Team Championship, and on the September 4, 2014 episode of MWA TV Victoria Lehr lastly defeated Felisha Nuss to win the vacant MWA Women's Championship. The Authority of Wrestling would continued their ongoing feud with the Enterprise by attacking and interfering in matches. On September 21, 2014 at Clash of Champions pay-per-view, The Authority of Wrestling will face Wright of Storm (Scott Wright and Harlan Storm).
