Background

At Mid-Summer Massacre Chris LeGreca defeated Brett Hall, Chris Wheat and Zack Nuss to become the No. 1 Contender to the MCW World Heavyweight Championship. It was announced on the IWE webpage, That Chris LeGreca will get a shot at Halloween Massacre in a Cell (2011), Inside the Hell in a Cell match. On September 18, 2011 the MCW World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in a Fatal 4-Way match. So therefore the MCW World Champion is not yet announced.

On the September 21, 2011 episode of Dynasty after former Divas Champion Brenah McAlmond and current Divas Champion Jeannie Webb defeated MCW's diva team of Amanda Johnson and Cassie Plumb. Brenah McAlmond told Jeannie Webb that she would be invoking her rematch clause for the IWE Divas Championship at the Halloween Massacre in a Cell pay-per-view.

On the September 27, 2011 episode of Meltdown it was announced that Aaron Schmalzried will debut in the IWE in a wrestling match against MCW superstar Collin McCullough. Also announce on Meltdown the International Champion Mark Semmler will defend the IWE International Championship against self-named Number one contender Chris Wheat a MCW Superstar.

On the September 28, 2011 episode of Dynasty a Triple threat match for the No. 1 Contendership to the [[Facebook IWE Divas Championship|IWE Divas Championship was announced with Fannie Peterson, Kirsten Adkisson and Kaleena Grady being announced for the participates in the match. Also announced on the same night James Burdick would have to defend the IWE United Nations Championship against the No. 1 Contender Chris Gomez.

Also on the September 28, 2011 episode of Dynasty three superstars won three different matches to qualify for the IWE Championship Hell in a Cell match the first match on Dynasty Steven Larson defeated his brother Tommy Larson to advance to the IWE Chamionship Hell in a Cell Match, in the second match on Dynasty James Allred defeated Nick Kessler to advance in to the IWE Championship Hell in a Cell Match and in the final qualifying match for the IWE Championship Hell in a Cell Rob Truax defeated Quinn Noel to be the final challenger in the Hell in a Cell Match. The IWE Champion Kevin McAlmond will now defend the IWE Championship against James Allred, Rob Truax and Steven Larson inside Satan's Structure, Hell in a Cell.
