January 19, 2012 at the 2012 Diabolical Structure pay-per-view, Simpson won the Turbo's Elimination Chamber match to become the new World Heavyweight Champion (it would be his second reign) when he last pinned Martin McAlmond who had already been hit by a still chair by former-World Champion Ryan Barnhart, Simpson had no idea however.
