Background

On the April 10 episode of Wednesday Night Show, WIW announced a Superstar Shake-up Draft for the April 17 and 18 episodes of Rage and ShowDown, respectively. However, following TLC: Christmas Horror Feast in December 2018, The McAlmond Family (Glennda McAlmond, Dixie Finnegan, Turf Finnegan, Rex Martin, and later Martin McAlmond) announced that they would be running both brands as a unit with no general managers, subsequently leaving them in charge of drafting decisions.
