Production

The card will featured matches that resulted from scripted storylines and had results predetermined by IWE on the Raw and SmackDown brands. Storylines were produced on IWE's weekly television shows, Monday Night Raw, SmackDown Live, and the cruiserweight-exclusive 205 Live.

On the RAW after Wrestlemania 34, newly crowned Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins came out to address the fans about his win. Finn Balor and The Miz came out and the three exchanged trash-talk. The Miztourage outnumbered Balor and Rollins, who had joined forces, but Josh Hooper made his return to assist the two. A 6-man Tag Team match was scheduled for the main event.
