SummerTime Blues (1999) was the first annuel SummerTime Blues professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the World Incorporated Wrestling (WIW). It took place on August 22, 1999 at the Helena Circus Theatre in Helena, Montana.
In the main event, the defending champion Kevin McAlmond defeated Kent Faulk and Martin McAlmond in a Triple threat match for the WIW Championship with Jim Shope as the special guest referee.
