Feud with D-Generation X (2009-2010)
Back in 2009 The Nexus started feuding with D-Generation X. The main feud going on with The Nexus and D-Generation X was Matt Borske and Kevin McAlmond who both feuded over the IWE championship. On back to back Turbo's The Nexus (Gleason, Tobol & Tyler Erickson) defeated D-Generation X (The Hooper's) and Dan Hooper in a six man tag team match. The feud continued through the 2009 year leading into the 2010 year with Kevin McAlmond and Matt Borske continuing to feud over the IWE Championship, Daniel Gonzalez started a short feud with Martin McAlmond, Ryan Gleason and Brian Tobol started a feud with The Hooper's (Matt and Josh) over the World Tag Team, Unified Tag Team and IWE Tag Team Championship. The Erickson's feuded with Chris LeGreca and non-member of DX Chris Gomez in a short feud before LeGreca was put out on injury for the reminder of the year.

The Nexus is a facebook wrestling villain faction in International Wrestling Entertainment and Massacre Championship Wrestling; The Nexus are currently signed to both IWE and MCW contracts and are in a Invasion storyline with IWE.

The Nexus re-debut on the October 25, 2011 episode of Meltdown attacking Meltdown superstars. They even attacked Meltdown's Heavyweight Champion Kooper McAlmond, Brandon Martin, Richard Munoz and Jon Rispen after the main event Heavyweight title match was over.
On the October 26, 2011 episode of Dynasty Ryan Gleason and Brian Tobol joined the new Nexus (reborn) by attacking the Unified Tag Team Championship The Hooper's (Matt and Josh), But The Hooper's would go on to defeat Gleason and Tobol because of the attack. Gleason and Tobol joined the group when they were given Nexus (reborn) t-shirts. On the same night The Nexus (reborn) would attack two more IWE superstars Nick Pollinton and Justin Hensen ended that match in a no contest. In the main event match Nexus leader Matt Borske teamed with Jeannie Webb (with Bobby Jones) to face Kevin McAlmond and Kara Magill. In the match McAlmond & Magill defeated Borske & Webb with Kevin's IWE Championship on the line, Also on the line a shot for Kara Magill to get a IWE Divas Championship match. In the end The Nexus tried to attack but they were chased from the ring from former-D-Generation X members.
