The WIW World Heavyweight Championship is a world heavyweight championship created and promoted by the Internet professional wrestling promotion WIW. The championship was established by the then-World Incorporated Wrestling (WIW) on 1999. The title is currently held by Kevin McAlmond, he is on his third reign.

It is the oldest championship currently active in the promotion, and is presented as being the most prestigious title in WIW, with many matches for the title having headlined internet pay-per-view (iPPV) events – including WIW's signature PPV event SuperBrawl.

For the period between 2003 and 2013, the title was one of three world titles in WIW, along with the World Heavyweight Championship and MD Heavyweight Championship (2006−2010). But following the decommissioning of the Meltdown title, and unification with the World Heavyweight title, it is once again promoted as WIW's sole primary championship.

Title reunification

On December 15, 2013 at the Countdown to Destruction pay-per-view, WIW Champion Kevin McAlmond defeated the World Heavyweight Championship Martin McAlmond, Colton Sherley and Brian Eicholtz in a Tables, Ladders, & Chairs Electrified Hell in a Cell match to unify the titles. With that the WWE Championship was renamed WIW World Heavyweight Championship. The unified championship retained the lineage of the WIW Championship.
