On the October 22, 2011 episode of Turbo, Kooper McAlmond defeated Brandon Martin in a Non-Title Match and the Anonymous General Manager of the entire IWE announced that Kooper McAlmond would be added to the Title match at Ruthless Aggression, making it a Triple threat match.
The main match for the Dynasty brand is for the IWE Championship as IWE Champion Kevin McAlmond defends the title against a MCW Superstar Ryan Coster. On the October 18, 2011 episode of Meltdown Kevin McAlmond and Brandon Martin defeated Matt Borske and Ryan Coster with the stipulation being the winner got to choose the type of match Kevin and Ryan would fight in at Ruthless Aggression, After the win, Kevin McAlmond continued the beat-down on Coster after the beating, Kevin announced that the match they would fight in is "A Match he has Never lost in" then announcing that the match would be a Doomsday Steel Cage match.
