William Kapphan (born ????? ??, ????) is a INTERNET professional wrestler he is currently signed with the World Incorporated Wrestling, he is currently signed with the Dynasty brand.

On June 2, 2012 on Turbo Kapphan defeated Brian Tobol by count-out when Kevin Judge came out and attacked Tobol on the outside of the ring (due to Tobol attacking him earlier). Judge would knock Tobol out with the attack and Tobol was counted out. On June 17, 2012 at No Way Out Kapphan defeated Kessler with help from a masked man with the stipulations being that if Kessler had lost than he must help Kapphan in reforming World Elite.

On the first day of 2013 Kapphan and Kessler announced on the WIW website that they want to now be known as Team Rouge Scholars. On the January 9, 2013 episode of Dynasty Kapphan and Kessler defeated The New Age Outlaws to win a future WIW Tag Team Championship match. On the January 16, 2013 episode of Dynasty the match was made official that Rouge Scholars would challenge for the WIW Tag Team Championship at the 2013 Royal Rumble pay-per-view against The New Age Outlaws.
