The main event of the pay-per-view was announced the on the August 6, 2012 episode of Brawl with Intercontinental Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. IWE Champion Randy Orton in a Title for Title match with both the IWE Heavyweight Championship and IWE Intercontinental Championship.
