SummerSlam (1998) was the eleventh annual SummerSlam professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the International Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on August 30, 1998 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.

The main event a Singles match for the IWF Championship between Steve Johnson and Martin McAlmond. Johnson won the match via pinfall after a Stunner to retain the IWF Championship. The main match on the undercard featured a ladder match for the IWF Intercontinental Championship between Triple K and The Rock, which Triple K won to win the Intercontinental Championship.
