The 2019 WIW Superstar Shake-up Draft will be the thirteenth WIW draft, produced by the American professional wrestling promotion WIW between the Rage and ShowDown brands. The two-day event will take place on the April 17 and April 18 episodes of Wednesday Night Raw and Thursday Night ShowDown, respectively, on WIW Network from Montana. Both Rage and ShowDown will be broadcast from Helena, Montana at the Helena Civic Center.
Background
On the April 10 episode of Wednesday Night Show, WIW announced a Superstar Shake-up Draft for the April 17 and 18 episodes of Rage and ShowDown, respectively. For the 2017 and 2018 Draft Trades, instead of a traditional draft, the brands' commissioners and general managers made trades and deals between their respective rosters. However, following TLC: Christmas Horror Feast in December 2018, The McAlmond Family (Glennda McAlmond, Dixie Finnegan, Turf Finnegan, Rex Martin, and later on Martin McAlmond) announced that they would be running both brands as a unit with no general managers, subsequently leaving them in charge of drafting decisions.
