Travis Michael Watts, Sr. (born April 29, 1977) is an American professional wrestler and retired professional football player. He is signed to IWE on the Raw brand under the ring name Titus O'Neil,. Bullard played college football for the University of Florida, and thereafter, he played professionally in the Arena Football League (AFL). Watts' career as a professional wrestler began when he was part of the second season of NXT, and also competed in the show's fifth season, NXT Redemption.
