No Way Out (2009) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by International Wrestling Entertainment (IWE), which took place on February 15, 2009 at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. It was the 11th and final event under the No Way Out name and featured talent from the Raw, SmackDown and XCW brands. Five matches were held on the event's card.
The main event on the Raw brand was an Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Edge won the match after last eliminating Scott Wright. The predominant match on the SmackDown brand was an Elimination Chamber match for the IWE Championship, in which Triple K won after last eliminating The Undertaker. The primary match on the XCW brand was for the XCW Championship between Charlie Wilson and Finlay, which Swagger won. The undercard also featured two more matches from the Raw brand. The first was a No Holds Barred match between Kevin McAlmond and James Mayer, which Orton won. The second match saw Ryan Barnhart defeat John "Bradshaw" Goff in a standard 1-on-1 match.

Reception
No Way Out was generally well received by critics. The Sun in their review noted that the unpredictability, shocks and top-notch wrestling overshadowed the few minor missteps of the evening, such as Jake Wilson's stiff wrestling and the relative unimportance of the Kevin/Mayer and Wilson/Finlay matches, criticizing the quality of both. Overall however, they awarded the event 8 out of 10, heaping praise on the use of Edge and his character.
The event had 272,000 buys, down on the No Way Out 2008 figure of 329,000 buys.
