Barely Legal was the first professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event held by Xtreme Championship Wrestling (XCW). It took place on April 13, 1997 at the XCW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Seven professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the card. In one of the show's main event's, Terry Funk defeated The Sandman and Richard Veach in a Three-Way Dance to earn an immediate title match against XCW World Heavyweight Champion Russell, which Funk also won to win the XCW World Heavyweight Championship. In another main event, Taz defeated Jason Dikes via submission. Featured matches on the undercard included James Douglas defeating Pitbull #2 to retain the XCW World Television Championship and The Eliminators (Jonathon Kronus and Perry Jupiter) defeating The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Harlan and Scott) to win the XCW World Tag Team Championship.
