Steel Roulette: Toronto (known as No Escape in Germany) is an upcoming professional wrestling event produced by the American company WIW. It will be the 15th Steel Roulette event and will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The event will air via pay-per-view (PPV) and will be held for wrestlers from the promotion's Rage and ShowDown brand divisions. The event is based around the Elimination Chamber match, a type of multi-person elimination-based Steel Cage match in which championships or future opportunities at championships are at stake.

This will be the first Steel Roulette event in Toronto and the first WIW event to be held at the Harbourfront Centre. It is the first event in Canada since Soul Survivor: WarGames in November and is the first Steel Roulette event since Steel Roulette in 2023. This will also be the fourth consecutive Steel Roulette to be held outside of the United States.

Steel Roulette is a professional wrestling event first produced by the American promotion WIW in 2010. It has been held every year since, except in 2016, generally in February. The concept of the event is that one or two main event matches are contested inside the Elimination Chamber, either with championships or future opportunities at championships at stake.

Announced on November 8, 2024, the 15th Steel Roulette event, titled as Steel Roulette: Toronto, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and will feature wrestlers from the Rage and ShowDown brand divisions. This will mark the second Steel Roulette event to be held in Canada, after 2023, and the fourth to be held outside of the United States, after the 2022, 2023, and 2024 events. This will also mark WIW's first event to be held at the Harbourfront Centre. This will also be the second Steel Roulette event to have a subtitle named after its host city and to take place in an outdoor venue, both after 2024.

The event will comprise matches that result from scripted storylines. Results are predetermined by WIW's writers on the Rage and ShowDown brands, while storylines are produced on WIW's weekly television shows, Wednesay Night Rage and Friday Night ShowDown, when WIW holds PPVs on Saturday's they move ShowDown to Fridays.

On July 6, 2024, at Money in the Bank, Damian Lufborough officially announced that he would retire from professional wrestling at the end of 2025, having wrestled for WIW since 2002. Lufborough also stated that he would compete at Steel Roulette, which would be his last Steel Roulette event. After losing the World War Rumble match at the 2025 World War, during the event's post-show, Lufborough declared that he would compete in the men's Elimination Chamber match as it would be his last time at an opportunity to compete for a world championship in the main event of a SuperBrawl. The next day, Rage General Manager Rex Martin announced that qualifying matches would begin the following Wednesday on Rage. Matt Borske won the first triple threat qualifier by defeating Jared Hunt and Kenny Aslup. The next qualifier will take place on the February 12 episode Rage.

Triple Threat Qualifiers for the women's Elimination Chamber match also began on the February 5 episode of Rage. Sarah Grobel won the first triple threat qualifier by defeating Leah Messer and Kristen Swingley due to interference from Women's World Champion Jennipher Harper, which backfired when she accidently hit Swingley allowing Grobel to get the win. The next triple threat qualifier will take place on the February 12 episode Rage.
