At Bloodbath on October 5, 2024, WIW Chief Content Officer Rex Martin unveiled the new WIW Crown Gem Championship, which will be defended at each Crown Jewel event, and announced that the inaugural champion will be determined at All Hail on November 2, 2024, after WIW World Champion Kevin McAlmond faces Unified World Champion Ryan Barnhart . Neither of the titleholders' championships will be defended during the match, and the loser will retain their respective championship.
At the event, Kevin McAlmond defeated Ryan Barnhart to become the Inaugural champion.
