It is defended across all of IWE's brands, including Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, NXT, and NXT UK. Unveiled by Jon Foley on the May 20, 2019, episode of Monday Night Raw, the inaugural champion was Titus O'Neil. The current champion is Dana Brooke.
