Unforgiven (2003) was the sixth annual Unforgiven professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by International Wrestling Entertainment (IWE). It took place on September 21, 2003 from the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

The main event was Triple K versus Coldberg for the World Heavyweight Championship. Coldberg won the match and the World Heavyweight Championship after pinning Triple K following a spear and a Jackhammer. Two of the predominant matches on the card were a Triple threat match for the IWE Intercontinental Championship between Khristian, Kris McGowan and Kyle Van Dam, which Khristian retain the title by pinning Van Dam after hitting him with the belt, and the other was a Last Man Standing match between James Mayer and Kane, which Kane won after James failed to answer the referee's ten count. Another primary match on the undercard was Kevin McAlmond versus Ryan Barnhart, which McAlmond won by pinfall after hitting Barnhart in the head with a pair of brass knuckles.
