The WIW Heavymetal 24/7 Championship (also known as WIW Die Hard 24/7 Heavymetal Championship) was a professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WIW. It is defended 24/7, as in anytime, anywhere, as long as a referee is present, as such, it is defended across all of WIW's brands: Rage, SmackDown, Dynamites Live, NGW, and NGW MD.
The title was unveiled by Rex Martin on the May 22, 2019, episode of Wednesday Night Rage, where Ryan Garr became the inaugural champion. It is similar to the previous WIW Hardcore Extreme Championship, which had a "24/7 rule".
