The last champion was Cameron Grimes, who was in his first reign.
The title was originally introduced by "The Million Dollar Man" Kyle DiBiase in 1989 as an unsanctioned championship when the promotion was still called the International Wrestling Federation (IWF, renamed to IWE in 2002). Unable to win or purchase the IWF Championship (now IWE Championship), DiBiase introduced the Million Dollar Championship as his own title, which he rarely defended. After DiBiase and Irwin R.
