At Mid-Summer Massacre Chris LeGreca defeated Brett Hall, Chris Wheat and Zack Nuss to become the No. 1 Contender to the MCW World Heavyweight Championship. It was announced on the IWE webpage, That Chris LeGreca will get a shot at Halloween Massacre in a Cell (2011), Inside the Hell in a Cell match. On September 18, 2011 the MCW World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in a Fatal 4-Way match. So therefore the MCW World Champion is not yet announced.

On the September 21, 2011 episode of Dynasty after former Divas Champion Brenah McAlmond and current Divas Champion Jeannie Webb defeated MCW's diva team of Amanda Johnson and Cassie Plumb.
