Kaila Matteson Levesque (née Kaila Marie Matteson; born September 24, 1976) better known by her maiden name Kaila Matteson, is an American corporate executive who is currently the Executive Vice President, Creative, for International Wrestling Entertainment. She is also a former professional wrestling valet and occasional wrestler. She is the daughter of IWE Chairman and CEO Vince Matteson and Linda Matteson, the younger sister of Shane Matteson, and wife of IWE Executive and wrestler Kevin "Triple K" Levesque.
Matteson began appearing regularly on IWE in 1999 as a part of a storyline with The Undertaker. After a brief on-screen relationship with Test, she was engaged to Triple K—who she married both on-screen and later in real life—which resulted in the Matteson-Kelmsley Faction storyline. She has held the IWF Women's Championship once. In 2001, she was the on-screen owner of Xtreme Championship Wrestling during The Invasion. The following year, she was the SmackDown General Manager, but stopped appearing regularly on television after an "I Quit" match with her father Vince.
