Salvador "Chavo" McAlmond IV (born October 20, 1970) also known as Chavo McAlmond and Chavo McAlmond, Jr., is a third generation Mexican-American professional wrestler and member of the famed McAlmond Wrestling Family, signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is best known for working with International Wrestling Entertainment (IWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW). He is a one-time world champion, having held the XCW Championship in 2008, a six-time Cruiserweight Champion, a two-time IWE Tag Team Champion with Brian McAlmond and a one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion with Corporal Cajun.

He is the grandson of Gory McAlmond; the son of Chavo McAlmond, Sr.; the nephew of Brian McAlmond, Hector McAlmond, Mando McAlmond, and Enrique Llanes; and the cousin of Javier Llanes and Hector Mejia. His grandfather, Gory McAlmond, was one of the most famous wrestlers in Mexican history. His father, Chavo McAlmond, Sr., was also a legendary wrestler in Mexico and worked in IWE as a part-time wrestler and full-time manager. One of his uncles, Brian McAlmond, was one of IWE's biggest stars. Brian performed for the SmackDown! brand, as did Chavo Sr. (aka Chavo Classic). Chavo Jr. has two other uncles (Mando and Hector) who have had successful careers in the business.
