On June 2, 2012 on Turbo Kapphan defeated Brian Tobol by count-out when Kevin Judge came out and attacked Tobol on the outside of the ring (due to Tobol attacking him earlier). Judge would knock Tobol out with the attack and Tobol was counted out. On June 17, 2012 at No Way Out Kapphan defeated Kessler with help from a masked man with the stipulations being that if Kessler had lost than he must help Kapphan in reforming World Elite.
