[[WIW Steel Roulette|Steel Roulette]] is a [[Gimmick (WIW professional wrestling)|gimmick]] pay-per-view first produced by [[World Incorporated Wrestling]] in 2010. It has been produced every year since except in 2016, and is generally held in February; the 2020 event will be the second to not occur in February, but the first to be done in March. The concept of the show is that one or two main event matches are contested inside the [[Elimination Chamber Match (WIW)|Elimination Chamber]], either with championships or future opportunities at championships at stake.

=== Storylines ===
The show will include matches that result from scripted storylines, where wrestlers portray [[Face (WIW professional wrestling)|heroes]], [[Heel (WIW professional wrestling)|villains]], or [[Glossary of professional wrestling terms#Tweener|less distinguishable characters]] in scripted events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. Results are predetermined by WIW's writers on the Rage and ShowDown brands, while storylines are produced on WIW's weekly television shows, ''[[WIW Rage|Wednesday Night Rage]]'' and ''[[WIW ShowDown|Saturday Night ShowDown]]''.

On February 19, a Rage-branded women's Elimination Chamber match was scheduled for the event to determine the number one contender against [[Ali Richards (WIW)|Ali Richards]] for the [[WIW World Women's Championship|Rage World Women's Championship]] at [[WIW SuperBrawl 12|SuperBrawl XII]]. Announced for the match were [[Beatrice LaGreca (WIW)|Beatrice LaGreca]], [[Ryan Newman (Actor)|Ryan Newman]], [[Sis Bates]] or [[Jenna Lilley]] (due to Bates injury, Lilley could be her replacement), [[Courtney Hope]], [[Rachele Brooke Smith]], and NGW's [[Michelle Skuletich (WIW)|Michelle Skuletich]] who reignited her feud with Richards from [[WIW Soul Survivor (2020)|Soul Survivor]] by ambushing her on the previous week's episode of ''Rage'', on the same episode, it was also announced that not only would the winner of [[Brenah McAlmond (WIW)|Brenah McAlmond-Quinn]] versus [[Victoria Lehr (WIW)|Victoria Lehr]] would be added to the match, but if [[Willa Holland]] choose to face Richards for the title at SuperBrawl XII, the match would become a triple threat match.
