In November, 2007, Liberty Islands government decided to start a new program or project whitin the alliance ties of IPON with the goal of helping develope the nuclear technologies of the poorer IPON members in order to make cheap and environmental-friendly energy source for the needy. Its another goal was to make the participating IPON members more independet from the world in the matter of energy. The Liberty Islands officially launched the IPON Independent Initative (II) of Nuclear Aid. The participating countries will have invested in by the Liberty Fund which will fund the projects and will bring the state of the art technology of Liberty Islands.

This experimental nuclear reactor is being constructed in Khabarovsk. Sakhaliya recieved a massive funding boost from Liberty Islands to kick start its 'Less Emissions' program after Sakhaliya was rated one of the worst CO2 Polluters on Earth, not per GDP but mainly from factories.
The partly finished station in Jansipur, built by the Soviet Union. As far as the Jansipur administration makes it possible for the Liberty Fund to enter the country, the investments will take place. The reactor building houses an old reactor tube. It will be renovated, the dome will be opened again.

So far Jansipur and Sakhaliya are participating in the II of Nuclear Aid. The State of Nemonos already has nuclear power stations but if it joins the II of Nuclear Aid, the Liberty Fund would invest in the building of a new plant. Sakhaliya has nuclear technology but no working nuclear reactor for producing electricity. A new plant is under construction, funded by the mentioned company. Jansipur has a partly finished nuclear power plant originally started by the Soviets. This plant will house the nuclear technology of Sakhaliya and Liberty Islands and will be funded by the Liberty Fund.
